When preparing for your appointment with Tempest and Bloom, please remember these few important things.

*Do you normally wear contact lenses? If so please remove them prior and just wear glasses to your appointment.  Wearing lenses during treatment can cause issues with your eyes becoming sensitive to the lash adhesive, which we don't want!

*Are you currently pregnant? Getting lashes is fine to do whilst pregnant but we do need permission from your GP to go ahead as you can never be too careful when your precious cargo is involved. Please contact us for a form which you can take to your GP and have signed off prior to your appointment. We can also make sure we have extra pillows on hand to make your lash nap extra comfortable with that growing belly!

*Please try to arrive at or slightly before your scheduled appointment time with clean/makeup free eyes and lashes. Extra time spent cleaning your lashes will mean less time lashing. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.

*As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 48 and 24 hours either by email and text. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged  50% of your service as a cancellation fee. If you reschedule or no show your appointment within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 100% of your service as a cancellation fee. This is to protect your time that is set aside especially for you, as well as to protect our time which books up quickly. In turn, we promise to keep appointments running on time, give you our full and undivided attention and of course, the best lash work!

*If you currently have eyelash extensions on from another lash artist, there may be the possibility that your current extensions will need to be removed and put back on properly. Due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extension trainings, certifications and regulations, there are a lot of lash artists that have been improperly trained and at Tempest and Bloom, our priority is your natural lash health and eye safety. Thus, if you are coming in for a touch up from another lash artist, then you agree that your current extensions may need to be removed and a new full set will be applied at the appropriate full set price. This will be discussed and fully explained to you prior to any service being performed.

*We want you to be 100% happy with the service and treatment and we guarantee the quality of our work. If you have any concerns following from your treatment regarding lash fall out or similar, please get in touch asap. We offer a complimentary express touch-up if notified in the 72 hours post-appointment but we are of course contactable at any point after your lash appointment, be it full set or maintenance! Whilst lashes obviously can't be returned for a refund, we guarantee the quality of our work and consistency of service across our team, and will always provide a suitable solution to any issue you may have with your treatment.

*Payment is via cash, eftpos or Afterpay. If you prefer to pay cash I would love if you could please bring correct change!

See you Soon!
